MailMind AI Email Platform

MailMind is a smart AI companion built to transform how professionals manage their email. We designed and developed the complete platform, from the sleek landing page to the full-featured web application with deep Gmail integration.

The platform uses machine learning to draft contextual replies, prioritize incoming messages, automate follow-ups, and track financial transactions mentioned in emails. The dashboard features an activity feed with transfer tracking, automatic categorization, budget notifications, and card management, all presented through a clean, dark-themed interface with a gradient blue aesthetic.

We also built a Chrome extension for in-context AI suggestions directly inside Gmail, reducing email response time by over 60% for beta users.
